Terms and Directory Disclaimer
Effective 15 July 2026. These terms apply when you access or use ANZ Machine Shops. The directory is a free, voluntary and independent project supported by Kwantflow. Until a Kwantflow entity is incorporated, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kwantflow, an unincorporated project, contactable at hello@kwantflow.com.
Directory only
ANZ Machine Shops is an informational directory. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, guarantee, introduction, partnership, agency relationship or representation by us. We do not represent any listed business or act for it.
We may decide, at our sole editorial discretion, whether and how a listing or other material appears, is changed, is suspended or remains available. We do not promise to publish, change, remove, investigate or respond to any request within a particular time or at all, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Your decisions and third parties
You must make your own enquiries, inspections, due diligence, contracts and decisions before dealing with a listed business. We are not responsible for any listed business, quote, contact, agreement, payment, delivery, workmanship, delay, injury, loss, dispute or outcome.
Links, maps, public registers and third-party websites are provided for convenience only. They are outside our control. We do not endorse them or make any representation about their content, availability, security, legality or privacy practices.
No warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the directory and all information made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation or warranty that the directory, listings, search results, locations, links, services or third-party information are accurate, current, complete, available, suitable, lawful, secure, uninterrupted or fit for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss, damage, cost, expense, claim or liability arising from or connected with use of, reliance on, or inability to use the directory or any third-party business or service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Acceptable use and rights
You may use the directory for ordinary personal or business research. You must not use it for spam, unsolicited marketing, profiling, harassment, unlawful activity, bulk extraction, scraping, copying a substantial part of the directory, or building or operating a competing directory.
Our site design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Business names, trade marks, source data and third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable source terms. Required source attributions remain in place.
Concerns, notices and changes
You may report a directory concern through the listing concern page. We may consider it at our discretion, without any promise of action. Privacy access or correction requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. Legal notices, court orders and other valid legal process may be sent to hello@kwantflow.com.
We may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
